About

I make strategy portable.

I started out writing pricing models and ended up writing memos, because the models were never the thing that stalled. What stalled was translation — the moment a good decision had to travel to a team, a board, or a market.

Fourteen years later, that's still the work. I sit with leadership teams until the argument is clear, then help them say it on stage and in writing until the market repeats it back.
